Joseph Joseph Adjustable Rolling Pin. This rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing pizza, pie bases and pastry. Three sets of removable discs raise the rolling pin by different amounts to create the required pastry thickness, either 2mm, 6mm or 10mm. The pin is also marked with a measure to help gauge the width of your pastry. Discs are dishwasher safe but the main beech wood pin should only be washed by hand.
