Our on-line store uses PayPal as the secure payment service. More information on PayPal and their terms and conditions can be found here: paypal.co.ukIf you do not wish to use PayPal we can accept payment by personal cheque. Please contact us by email with details of the item(s) you would like to order and we will send you an invoice by return. Alternatively visit our shop in Amesbury where the full range of major credit and debit cards, cash and cheque can be used to purchase. we use a fixed scale of charges for postage and packing on most items but some of the heavier items have their own postage charges, where these charges are applied it is indicated on the actual product page. The table below shows our current charges for shipping to a UK address only.

All goods are sent via the most economical service of our choice with average delivery times for goods in stock currently around 3 - 7 working days. If you require a fast delivery service contact us by email and we will get back to you with shipping costs and options as soon as possible.
We DO NOT send goods to overseas addresses. one brown cow have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description of the goods and their prices as advertised on this website are correct. Any measurements dimensions or capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. one brown cow shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website
availability
All items are subject to availability. On this website we try to show only the items we actually have available but from time to time products do go out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.refund policy and your right to cancel
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of pierced jewellery and toiletries) order cancellations should be by email or in writing.exceptions: earrings / pierced jewellery and cosmetics/ toiletries are excluded from refund for hygiene reasons - these cannot be returned for refund or exchange. All other items are firm sale and can only be returned for refund if they are found to be faulty or not as described. Any problem(s) with you order must be notified to us by email within 7 days of reciept of the goods. Please wait for us to reply (usually inside 3 days) before sending items backs. All goods for refund must be returned in the original packaging with all labels and packaging intact and in 'fit for re-sale' condition. All items must be returned using Recorded Delivery or a fully tracked shipping service. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if your order is received damaged ( you will be required to retain all the packaging to enable us to claim against the delivery company) is incorrectly supplied, has a fault or is covered under the terms and conditions of a specific product guarantee. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will NOT be refunded if your order is simply unwanted or unsuitable. We will process refunds a quickly as possible and aim to complete a refund inside 7 days of receiving your returned item. Returns made directly to our shop must be accompanied by their original reciept or invoice. A refund payment will be made using the same method or service you used to make the original purchase. any personal information you provide to one brown cow is not shared or supplied to any third parties and is only used by us for processing your order and contacting you should there be a problem with your order.
